Fighting the Plague

This is a newsletter called 'The Bugle', which was published by the 2nd Battalion of The DLI when they were in India.

It tells us what was going on at the time, including what the battalion and their families were doing and how the battalion's sports teams were getting on.

Try to answer the following questions:

  • Was there plague?
  • Was it getting better or worse?

So, what did the DLI do to help dealing with the Plague?
