Celebrating Gala Day 2020
Our online contribution to Gala Day on Saturday 11 July
For the first time in many years, Record Office staff won't be on the racecourse to participate in the Durham Miners' Gala, due to cancellation of the 136th Gala.
So we thought we would bring you our mining exhibition online instead.
Celebrating Gala Day 2020 is part of our new online exhibition space, and if you're looking for themed activities for children, try our online 'Child Miners' pack on our Home learning page.
